A Fusion of Movement and Mindfulness
My journey in the world of fitness began with a passion for dance. I honed my skills at DC Dance Factory, where I not only learned the art of movement but also gained an understanding of the deep connection between body and mind. From there, my
journey took me to the renowned IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fl, where I pursued my track and field dreams as a sprinter and pole vaulter. This athletic pursuit reinforced the importance of discipline, focus, and the incredible potential of the human body.
A Passport to Discovery
My quest for self-discovery and personal growth led me to explore diverse cultures and landscapes. I've been fortunate to set foot in 14 countries and traverse 25 states, each journey adding a layer of richness to my understanding of the world and myself. From living in a van in the Rocky Mountains to living on the beachfront in Florida, my travels have broadened my mind and spirit with yoga being my constant. Through these experiences, I've come to realize that true exploration extends beyond geographical boundaries; it delves into the depths of our own being.
Nurturing Mind and Business Acumen
Fueling my passion for learning, I attended Business School at both the University of Mississippi and the University of Tampa. This unique blend of athletic and academic pursuits has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective that I bring into my approach to yoga instruction. It's not just about the physical postures; it's about cultivating a holistic lifestyle that encompasses both the body and the mind.

Yoga found me at a crucial juncture, providing the missing link in my journey of self-discovery. I decided to make yoga my full time lifestyle and received my 200H Certification from Kootenay Yoga school.
